Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Poppy Home Styling. Every piece we make is designed and laser cut especially for you in our little Sunbury studio, and we put a lot of love into each one.
Made-to-Order Items
Because the majority of our products are personalised and made to order, we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, or personalisation details that were entered incorrectly at checkout.
Once an order is placed, we begin preparing your item, and as it’s made just for you, it can’t be resold.
Please Check Before You Order
To help make sure you love your keepsake, please take a moment before checking out to:
- Review your personalisation details, including spelling, names and dates
- Check your chosen colours, sizes and finishes
- Confirm your delivery address
If you spot a mistake just after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t gone into production, we’ll do our best to update it for you.
Changes & Cancellations
We’re happy to help with changes or cancellations if your order hasn’t yet been started. Please email us at poppyhomestyling@gmail.com with your order number within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, we’re unable to cancel or amend the order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our workmanship and carefully package every order. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as per your confirmed order, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at poppyhomestyling@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll offer a replacement, repair or refund, as appropriate.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please get in touch with Australia Post.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
